Purpose

The article focuses on how systematic colleague guidance can contribute to the development of learning kindergartens. Colleague guidance can lead to organisational development through collective and individual reflection. The research question is: How can colleague guidance as a systematic method of working contribute to the development of learning kindergartens? 

Result

The kindergartens encountered challenges in the implementation of the colleague guidance practice. The way participants communicated and handled challenges changed during the process. The process gradually became more theory-based, and it also went from being structural to gradually becoming more process-oriented. 

Design

The guidance was carried out in groups and video recorded. Focus group interviews were then conducted with the participants.
